Mtown88 is more than a gaming platform — it is a community built on trust, safety, and a genuine passion for delivering the best entertainment experience to Malaysians. From Live Casino to Sports Betting, from lottery to esports, we are here for you.
What drives us to keep delivering the best for Malaysian players every day
Mtown88's mission is to provide every eligible Malaysian with a safe, fair and enjoyable digital entertainment platform. We believe every player deserves a seamless gaming experience, fast payouts and reliable support — whether they are in Kuala Lumpur, Sabah or Sarawak.
In every decision we make — from platform design to payment policies — the same question always comes first: is this the best it can be for our Malaysian players? That is what sets mtown88 apart from other platforms in the market.
Mtown88's vision is to become the most trusted number-one digital entertainment platform in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. We want everyone looking for online entertainment in Malaysia to say with confidence: "If you want to play safely and conveniently, go to mtown88."
To realise this vision, we continuously invest in the latest technology, expand our game selection, strengthen our security infrastructure, and most importantly — listen to our players' feedback every single day without fail.
Six key reasons why mtown88 is Malaysian players' first choice today
If you ask us where it all began mtown88, the answer is simple — frustration. Frustration from watching friends and family who enjoy playing the lottery or betting on football struggle with platforms that were hard to navigate, slow to pay out winnings and completely indifferent to Malaysian users. Platforms with interfaces in foreign languages, no local payment options and no customer support that could communicate in Bahasa Melayu.
In 2018, a group of Malaysian professionals with deep experience in the technology and digital entertainment industry set out to build something different — a platform genuinely designed with Malaysians in mind, not just a foreign platform half-translated along the way. That was the moment mtown88 was born.
In the early days, mtown88 launched with just three game categories — slots, Live Casino, and 4D lottery. The team was small but passionate. We were not just building a platform — we were listening to our players, reading every complaint and piece of feedback, and improving the platform week by week based on what they asked for. This approach became the DNA of mtown88, and it remains so to this day.
In our first year of operation, mtown88 successfully grew to over 10,000 registered members — a milestone that exceeded our initial expectations. Players responded warmly to the concept of a fully Malay-language platform that supported local payment methods and offered customer support in their mother tongue. This confirmed we were on the right track.
Between 2019 and 2022, mtown88 grew rapidly. We expanded our game categories to include Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League and EPL, added over 500 Live Casino tables with Bahasa Melayu-speaking dealers, and introduced an in-play betting system with a cash-out feature that was among the first of its kind offered to Malaysian players.
We have also invested heavily in security infrastructure — strengthening encryption, introducing two-factor authentication and hiring a dedicated cybersecurity team. Player trust is mtown88's most valuable asset, and it is something we have never compromised on.
Today, mtown88 is proud to be one of Malaysia's most widely used digital entertainment platforms, with over 250,000 registered active members from every corner of the country. Our players come from all walks of Malaysian life — from young professionals in the Klang Valley who enjoy betting on EPL over the weekend, to retirees in Kelantan who pick their favourite 4D numbers every Wednesday.
What unites every mtown88 player is trust — trust that the platform will pay out their winnings on time, trust that their personal data is secure, and trust that when they need help, there is someone reachable who understands their language.
Mtown88 believes that genuine entertainment can only exist in a responsible environment. From day one, we have upheld a strict responsible gaming policy — including daily deposit limits, loss limits, betting limits, and a self-exclusion option that any player can activate at any time.
We also enforce strict age verification — the mtown88 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Our support team is trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and to direct players who need help to appropriate resources such as Talian Kasih 15999. This is more than a legal obligation — it is our moral commitment to the Malaysian community.
The mtown88 platform is built on cutting-edge technology engineered for speed, reliability and security at all times. Our servers run on redundant cloud infrastructure that keeps downtime near zero — so you can play without interruption even during peak periods like EPL match nights or TOTO draw nights.
The random number generator (RNG) used for our slots and lottery games has been verified and audited by independent international certification bodies. This guarantees that every slot spin and every lottery draw is truly random and fair — no manipulation, no unfair advantage for any party. Integrity in gaming is a principle mtown88 has never compromised since day one.
All your personal information, game history and financial transactions on mtown88 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers. We are fully compliant with personal data protection laws in force in Malaysia. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
